As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Kellie

With over 35 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. I’ve spent the majority of my life in Western Washington, particularly in Tacoma and University Place, which allows me to offer an unmatched understanding of the local housing market.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest and taking in the natural beauty that surrounds us. I'm also passionate about animals and donate my time and money to local shelters, believing it's important that animals have a home too! I am dedicated to making sure my clients find not just a house, but a home that fits their lifestyle.

Local Expertise You Can Trust

Born and raised in Bremerton and a long-time resident of Tacoma and University Place, I have over 56 years of experience navigating Western Washington’s diverse communities. This hyperlocal knowledge allows me to provide in-depth insights into the market conditions, neighborhood dynamics, and seasonal trends that affect home values. While technology makes information easily accessible, nothing compares to the personalized, on-the-ground expertise I offer my clients.

I specialize in providing customized market analysis, including recent comparable sales and neighborhood-specific trends, to help you make well-informed decisions when buying or selling a home.

Transactional Excellence, Every Step of the Way

From the moment an offer is accepted, my commitment to you doesn’t end. I oversee every detail of the transaction, from inspections and appraisals to title, escrow, and loan processes. My dedicated assistant helps manage the logistics, including driving you and clients around the area like a personal tour guide, ensuring your home search or sale process is as comfortable and informed as possible. Communication and collaboration with all partners involved guarantee a smooth and timely closing. I am here for you before, during, and after the sale, ensuring your transaction is a success from start to finish.

Representation That Prioritizes You

I am proud to offer high-caliber, full-service residential real estate expertise. My commitment is to you, my clients, and I focus on delivering the best results possible. Whether you are buying or selling, I work tirelessly to guide you through every step of the process, ensuring your goals are met with the utmost care and attention.

Negotiating with Your Best Interests in Mind

Negotiation is both a skill and a mindset. I ensure that your interests are always top of mind, whether we’re negotiating the sale of your home or securing the right offer on your dream property. My goal is to create win-win situations for all parties involved, turning negotiations into agreements that benefit everyone.

Tacoma

Tacoma is a city on the rise. A revitalized downtown, gorgeous views of Mt. Rainier and Puget Sound, and easy access to both Seattle and Olympia—as well as the West Sound—have put this historic city in the spotlight as one of the Pacific Northwest’s best places to call home. The city sits on Commencement Bay, which is home to the Port of Tacoma, the largest port in Washington State. Tacoma takes advantage of the water that’s so nearby in our parks, including Point Defiance. Within the park, you can see historic reenactments at Fort Nisqually, rent the Pagoda for special occasions, or walk along the water at Owen Beach. The Ruston Way waterfront along Commencement Bay is one of the loveliest walks in the city, complete with restaurants and other businesses to take in along the way. Tacoma has a thriving arts scene as well. Downtown’s revitalization really got started with the Washington State History Museum, followed by the Museum of Glass, featuring works from Tacoma’s native son, Dale Chihuly. In fact, our fair city is home to the State’s biggest concentration of arts and history museums. While you’re perusing the museums, be sure to see the sights along the Thea Foss Waterway, a renovated urban waterfront named for the founder of Foss Maritime and the woman Tugboat Annie was based on. Whether you come for the parks, the museums, the unique neighborhoods or the best views of Mt. Rainier in the world, Tacoma will welcome you with open arms and charm you with its many delights. If you’d like to learn more about Tacoma, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
